According to ALFAs little magazine they plan to discuss the drought and a statewide plan concerning the water supply too. Look out privete well owners they may want to do like some of the other states have alredy done and put a water meter on your well pump so they can charge you for using your own water. It will be easy to do; all they have to do is pass a law that says all the water in this state belongs to the general public of the state, therefore anyone using water must pay for it.
